Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on USPS/UPS delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address. Rustic Hideout is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Bodysuits
Jewelry
Accessories
Sale/clearance items

Exchanges:

If you need a different size, you can return the item for store credit and reorder the correct size if it’s still in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will take care of it right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Rustic Hideout is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
